Neil FoxAfter leaving the Royal Air Force in 1990, Neil joined Meggitt Group PLC as a fuel management specialist, working with hardware & software applications & selling into a cross section of businesses, such as B.P. & B.A.
In 1994, Neil ventured into the Distribution Industry, working for both Wyko Group and Bearing Power as Branch Manager.
In 1998, Neil joined Brauer Coley Ltd, part of Carlisle Group Inc, as Sales & Marketing Manager. He managed the specialist bearings range for linear/rotary applications and covered sales on a global basis.
At the start of the new millennium Neil joined the Tsubakimoto group, the worlds largest manufacturer of roller chains. He held a number of posts, including that of UK Sales Manager.
In 2005 Neil took on the challenge as Director of International Sales for Diamond Chain Company, part of Amsted Industries. Neil helped to restructure, plan & implement the future International business strategy for their International business.
From the early seeds sown whilst working in the power transmission industry, the opportunity came for Neil & the other partners to form a business that they all felt could provide a package of solutions to a cross section of industries.....the rest as they say, is history!
Jim AspinallJim left school in 1968 and joined British Gas training to be a showroom manager dealing with all aspects of sales and administration in a retail environment.
In 1970 Jim joined BSL (now known as Brammer) working in the Blackburn branch as an assistant learning the basics of bearings and power transmission products and getting a good feel for their uses in numerous types of industry.
In 1974 an opportunity arose to become a branch manager for Richard Hough Ltd in their Bolton branch which had a turnover of £1,000,000.00, a branch staff of 15 and 4 external salesmen and was the largest of the five branches operating in the north of England. Whilst working at Richard Hough Ltd a vacancy arose for an external salesman something that Jim had always had an ambition to do and after working as branch manager for 4 years felt it was an opportunity he couldn't refuse. Jim therefore went to work for the Blackburn branch of Richard Hough Ltd for 11 years as an area salesman covering the north west of England.
In 1989 Jim joined Tsubakimoto U.K. Ltd part of the Tsubakimoto Chain Co., the world's largest manufacturuer of roller chains as an Area Sales Manager. Covering the north of England and Scotland he gained experience in a wide range of industries and applications as well as helping to raise the profile of Tsubakimoto chain and it's position to no.2 in the U.K. market.
It was whilst working at Tsubaki that Jim met Tony and Neil and the seeds of a strong working relationship and understanding between the three were sown which eventually led to them forming TotalCare Eng. Ltd a company which they feel is well suited to providing it's clients with a range of solutions and services tailored to their individual requirements.
Tony CondonTony is a time served, indentured Technical Engineer who started professional life at Desoutter Bros in London. Initially as a Technician Apprentice, finishing as a Production Design Engineer. Following this he moved to Rolls Royce in Watford, where he gained experience as an Aircraft Engine Design Engineer. Tony's focus then turned to Sales and acheived a successful number of years as the Area Sales Manager for NCH Group in West Bromwich, covering London and the South East.
Tony's first foray into the Power Transmission market was with Tsubakimoto UK. Starting as Area Sales Manager for the South East he finished by helping to steer the sales operation and establish a secure foothold in the UK market for the World's Largest Chain Manufacturer.
Head-hunted by Europe's Largest Chain Manufacturer, Renold Chain to become their UK and Ireland Sales Manager, he brought a customer service focus and structured sales approach to the sales operation for the UK Market Leader.
After 5 successful years, Tony believed the time was right to take Customer Service to a new level and TotalCare Engineering Ltd was born. Along with his fellow Directors they have the experience and expertise to be able to provide customer service "Second To None". Firmly believing that the CUSTOMER IS KING they look forward to providing Chain solutions to all their customers - be they in the Distribution, End User or OEM market sectors.
